unforeseen circumstances, we will call you as soon as we know.

– We guarantee that the product we deliver matches what you requested. If it’s not right,
we will fix it. We can’t promise your design will work but we’ll offer you suggestions if
we have concerns.

– We guarantee our workmanship for life. If our welds break, we will fix them for free.

– We guarantee our materials for their expected life. Stainless steel will outlast us all so
we guarantee it for life. Steel requires regular painting to keep the rust away so we
guarantee primed and painted items to remain rust-free for one year. Clear-coated
steel projects are exempted and we will make sure you understand that beforehand.

– We promise to treat your house like our mother’s. We won’t track dirt through it and
will always clean up after ourselves.

– We are human and mistakes happen. That’s why we carry insurance. If we accidentally
damage your property, we promise to fix it.
